Headquartered in Switzerland, Rambam provides the scientific and strategic leadership for our global clinical operations. Acting as the central coordination hub, we conduct worldwide studies through a fully integrated network of specialized subsidiaries, ensuring seamless progression from early research to late-stage clinical execution.
Our global footprint is logically structured to optimize the drug development lifecycle:
To validate early-stage assets, Navegador (Portugal) leads comprehensive preclinical testing and early clinical trial support. As assets enter early clinical evaluation, Rambac (Uzbekistan) accelerates proof-of-concept studies by facilitating rapid, large-scale patient recruitment. For extensive clinical execution and comprehensive bioanalytics, Rambam AG, Diagenta US, and Diagenta AU serve as our dedicated clinical and laboratory sites. This network is further strengthened by specialized, in-house support from Diagenta AU’s proprietary pharmacokinetics (PK) laboratory.
By leveraging these complementary capabilities across multiple geographies, Rambam Holding AG conducts robust clinical development that consistently yields high-quality, submission-ready data meeting the most rigorous international regulatory standards.
The group’s discovery and preclinical arm, based at Biocant Park in Cantanhede. Its team works across molecular and cellular biology, medicinal chemistry, pharmacology and toxicology, supporting programmes from assay setup and screening through hit-to-lead and lead optimisation to late preclinical.
Services span custom assay development and HTS campaigns, target engagement and biomarker assays, animal efficacy models, ADME/DMPK, safety pharmacology and toxicology from dose range finding to GLP studies, and formulation development. Therapeutic focus includes oncology and immuno-oncology, neuroinflammation, autoimmune and cardiometabolic disease, and virology.
A full-cycle contract research organization based in Tashkent, supporting Phase I to IV clinical trials in Uzbekistan from protocol development to final regulatory submission. The team has direct access to leading investigational sites and principal investigators across the country, which keeps start-up fast and compliant.
Services cover feasibility, regulatory submissions to the Ministry of Health and ethics committees, study start-up, site selection and GCP training, clinical monitoring to ICH-GCP, project and data management, biostatistics, medical writing, pharmacovigilance, IMP logistics, quality audits and inspection support.
Therapeutic experience includes haematology and oncology, with Phase I dose-escalation studies, endocrinology, neurology and infectious diseases.
Diagenta is an Australian contract research organisation and PK/PD bioanalytical laboratory supporting biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies across early-phase clinical development. CRO capabilities include study planning and start-up, clinical operations, medical and safety oversight, vendor management and data review. Bioanalytical services cover small-molecule method development and validation, PK sample analysis and pharmacokinetic data generation, supported by PK/PD strategy and interpretation.
Australia offers a streamlined pathway for early-phase studies. Under the Clinical Trial Notification (CTN) scheme, eligible trials can proceed after HREC and institutional approval and notification to the TGA, without prior TGA evaluation of trial data. An established R&D Tax Incentive can also offset eligible R&D expenditure.
